Origin
Where it started
The Little Yogis Program was founded in 2016 with a simple but radical idea: that children deserve the same quality of mindful movement that adults seek out. What began as a youth yoga program grew into something far richer — a full creative enrichment experience weaving movement, art, music, theatre, and emotional literacy into every session.
The LY Studio opened in 2020, bringing that same philosophy to adults. Located in Roswell, Georgia, the studio is a space where intelligent movement meets real human connection — no pretence, no performance, just honest work and genuine community.
The Little Yogis Program is founded, bringing youth yoga and enrichment to Roswell.
The LY Studio opens its doors at 11050 Crabapple Road, Roswell, GA.
Serving hundreds of students across adult classes, youth programmes, camps, and school partnerships.
